Any sponsorship gained in excess of the registration fee should be used by the contestant to defer the costs of pageant-related expenses. You are eligible to compete in Her Excellency International if you are a woman or identify as a woman between the ages of 17-30 and are a citizen, resident descendent, or student of the country you'd wish to represent. At Her Excellency International, we believe ALL women have the potential to demonstrate excellence. AREAS OF COMPETITION PERSONAL INTERVIEW. 35% Spend time with the judges in a speed-dating style interview, as they learn about your successes, talents, goals and ambitions. SWIM/ACTIVE WEAR. 15% Attention is focused on your confidence, poise, and grace in swim or active attire of your choice. CREATIVE COSTUME. 20% Showcase your creativity and patriotism during this fun-filled portion of the competition. EVENING GOWN. 15% Walk in an evening gown of your choice. Attention is focused on your overall stage presence, poise, self-confidence, and sense of style. ON-STAGE QUESTION. 15% Each Queen will have the chance to participate at different times throughout the show. OPTIONAL - TALENT Show the audience your talent in a performance no longer than 2 minutes and win a special award PRIZES ALL FULLY REGISTERED DELEGATES WILL RECEIVE A CROWN, SASH, and WELCOME KIT. Her Excellency International Prize Package: Official HEI Goddess Crown and Custom Sash Official Queen Photoshoot Prize Package from Sponsor Spending Stipend Appearance Opportunities Special Prize Packages will also be given to the 1st and 2nd Runner-up. In the event Her Excellency International cannot serve her reign, the runn er-up will fulfill her duties.
